Dr Debbie McAllister completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Glasgow in 2001. After doing a year of vocational training in Scotland she came to Australia and worked for Queensland Health and Dental Health services Victoria.

 

She returned to the UK and worked in both general practice and the community sector (paediatric and special care dentistry) for several years before emigrating here and making the Northern Beaches her home.

 

Dr McAllister joined Dr Carson at Narrabeen Dental Health in 2006.

 

She enjoys the variety that general practice brings and takes care to deliver quality dentistry in a relaxed and caring environment. She takes time to ensure the patient has a full understanding of the treatment options available including the costs involved so that they can make informed decisions and choose the best treatment option for them.

 

Debbie is committed to keeping up to date with advancements in dentistry and regularly attends courses to further her knowledge. She is a member of several dental study groups.

 

Outside of dentistry Dr McAllister loves living in the Northern beaches. She enjoys participating in sports, socialising with friends and travel.
